Cashew, Ham, And Pea Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/3 cup: Sour cream,
1: Lemon, Juice of
Few drops of hot pepper sauce,
1 package: (16 oz) frozen peas, thawed
1 cup: Diced cooked ham, (up to 1-1/2)
4: Green onions, chopped
2/3 cup: Roasted unsalted cashews,
6 cup: Mixed salad greens,
Directions:
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes
that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon,
or just a quick and light supper.}
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and hot
sauce. Mix to blend well. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except salad
greens. Serve salad on bed of salad greens.
