Dijon Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Flank steak,
4 ounce: Dijon mustard,
Fresh ground pepper,

Directions:
Rub flank steak with Dijon mustard. Marinate 6 to 8 hours in the
refrigerator.

Coat both sides of steak with fresh ground black pepper.

Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
