5 tsp: Hot red pepper Powder, ( Dark red in color/colour, not listing what peppers...from New Mexico )
6 tsp: Cumin,
6 tsp: Spanish Oregano,
1 tsp: Onion Powder,
4 tsp: Garlic Powder,
2 tsp: Chopped, (dry) Cilantro [ so, I like it ]
1 tsp: Turmeric [for color],
1 tsp: Salt,
