Extra-rich Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tbsp: Sweet butter,
6 medium: Idaho potatoes, washed; scrubbed, sliced thin
2 cup: Gruyere cheese, grated
6 centiliter: Garlic, minced
S&p,
1 1/2 cup: Light cream,
2/3 cup: Parmesan, grated

Oven at 350.
Grease a 9x13" baking pan with 1 T butter. Arrange: 1/3 the potatoes, 1/2
the cheese, 1/2 the garlic, season to taste. Repeat, ending with potatoes.
Pour cream over, sprinkle with Parmesan, dot with butter, and bake 90 min.
