Herb Mustard #1 (sarah Garland) Recipe

Ingredients:
30 gram: Black Mustard seeds,
30 gram: White Mustard seeds,
1/4 tsp: Herb pepper *,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Dried orange & lemon peel,
1 tsp: Honey,
Herb vinegar * or crab apple,
Juice,
1 pinch: Tumeric,
Directions:

Grind the mustard seeds, herb pepper salt and dried peel together in a
mortar. Mix to a thick consitency with the honey & herb vinegar. Add a
pinch of tumeric and store in corked jars.
