Ingredients:
1 cup: Nonfat plain yogurt,
1 cup: Low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese,

Directions:
Place yogurt and cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes
2 cups at 16 calories and 0.1 grams fat per 2 tablespoons.

NOTES : Do not use a food processor; it tends to break down the mixture and
make it watery. Use as replacement for sour cream, mayonnaise and heavy
cream.
