Maple Glazed Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Pork back ribs,
3/4 cup: Maple syrup,
2 tbsp: Packed brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Ketchup,
1 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
Directions:
In a large pot, cover ribs with water; simmer, covered, for about 1 hour or
until tender. Drain and place in a shallow dish.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Pour
over ribs; marinate in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Remove ribs, reserving marinade. Cook, over medium-hot coals or on medium
setting on gas, turning occasionally and brush with sauce, for about 20
minutes or until tender and glazed. Cut into single-serving pieces.
NOTES : Makes about 4 to 6 servings
