Maple-tomatillo-habanero Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Purple tomatillos, (up to 8)
1: Carribean red hab, or 2 or 3 red savinas
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Water,
3 tbsp: Vermont maple syrup,
Directions:
Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverise with a
Braun hand mixer.
Simmer another 45 min. Strain.
Dont know what Ill use it for yet, but it tastes great.
