Ingredients:
3: Eggs,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Chicken broth or milk,
1 cup: Matzoh meal,
1 cup: Cake meal,
4 tbsp: Melted chicken fat or butter,

Directions:
Geez, I dont know if this is what youre talking about but I thought Id
pass it on. Its from The Art of Jewish Cooking by Jennie Grossinger.

Beat together eggs & salt. Stir in the liquid alternately with the matzoh
meal & cake meal.Add the melted fat or butter. Fill 12 greased muffin cups
2/3 full. Bake a t 350 for 30 minutes.
