Minestrone Hamburger Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean ground beef, browned and drained
1: Chopped onion,
2: Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2: Carrots, peeled and sliced
2: Celery stalks, sliced
1 can: Tomatoes, cut-up
1 cup: Shredded cabbage,
1: Bay leaf,
1/4 tsp: Dried thyme,
1/4 tsp: Dried basil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese,
Directions:

Place all ingredients except cheese in crockpot; stir thoroughly. Add water
to cover. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 12 hours. {Or on HIGH
setting for 3 to 5 hours.} Stir well. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
