Napa Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Head: Napa Cabbage, Sliced Thin
5: Green Onions or 1 Reg. Onion, Sliced Thin
1: Green Pepper, Sliced Thin
1: Cucumber, Sliced Thin

TOPPING
1 Stick: margarine,
2 package: Plain Ramen Noodles, (crushed fine)
1/3 cup: Sesame seeds,
3/4: Almonds, (sliced)

DRESSING
2 tbsp: Soy Sauce,
1 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Oil,
1/2 cup: Vinegar, (rice vinegar is mild or you can use cider vinegar)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in large bowl and set in fridge.

Topping: Melt 1 stick margarine in frying pan and add 2 packs plain Ramen
Noodles (crushed fine), 1/3 cup sesame seeds and 3/4 almonds (sliced) -
brown till golden - stir often and cool.

Dressing: Blend until sugar dissolves.

Just before serving - toss cabbage mixture with dressing and sprinkle
noodle/almond mixture on top.
