Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Sara Lee pound cake, (10.75 oz.), thawed
1 cup: Quick-cooking oatmeal,
3/4 cup: Packed light brown sugar,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup: Chocolate chips,

Directions:
Heat oven to 400

F. Cut pound cake into 12 slices. Spray 13x9-inch pan with
nonstick cooking spray. Place cake slices in bottom of pan. In medium bowl,
combine oatmeal and brown sugar; mix well. Add butter and stir until
mixture is crumbly. Evenly distribute mixture over cake and top with
chocolate chips.

Bake at 400

F. for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
