Orange Basil Oil Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Orange juice,
1 tbsp: Pineapple juice,
1/4 cup: Basil oil, (basil oil can be
, made by infusin)
Directions:
Reduce the orange juice and pineapple juice in a non-reactive saucepan over
a high heat to a syrup no more than 1/4 cup. Add equal amount of basil oil.
This will make a "broken" sauce, one that separates on the plate.
