Orange-cream-cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:
3 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp: Butter,
1 tbsp: Orange juice,
1/2 tsp: Grated orange peel,
1 1/2 cup: Confectioners sugar,

Directions:

In small bowl cream softened cream cheese , and butter or margarine,
softened. Stir in orange juice and grated orange peel. Gradually beat in
confectioners sugar until smooth.

NOTES : Perfect for gingerbread.
