Orange Decorated Wassail Recipe

Ingredients:
6: Whole oranges, (scored and
Decorated,
With cloves),
1 Gal: apple juice,
1 quart: Cranberry juice,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Bitters,
4 Sticks: cinnamon,
100 Cloves: ,
2 tsp: Allspice,
Yield: serves 12 to 15,

Directions:

Tie cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a cheese cloth bag.

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 15
minutes.

Remove spice bag. Pour wassail and oranges into large punch bowl.

Place a small pitcher of Apple Jack Brandy beside the bowl so that each
guest may add to their cup to taste.

Perfect for Christmas Open House.
