Orange Tea Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
4 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Mortons Lite Salt,
1 tsp: Orange rind, grated
4 tsp: Fleischmanns Unsalted Margarine,
3/4 cup: 1% milk,
16: Sugar cubes,
Orange juice,
Directions:
Sift flour before measuring. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt &
orange rind. Cut in margarine. Add milk. Roll dough approximately 1/2 inch
thickness. Cut into 2 inch biscuits. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with
Pam. Dip a sugar cube into the orange juice & press one cube into the
middle of each biscuit. Bake at 450F for approximately 10 minutes. Watch
these carefully as they burn easily due to the sugar cubes.
