Peach-ginger Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Peeled cubed peaches, about 2 peaches
1 cup: Cubed seeded tomato, about 3 tomatoes
1/4 cup: Sliced green onions,
2 tsp: Sugar,
2 tsp: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Minced peeled fresh ginger,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1 dash: Freshly ground black pepper,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Chill. Yield: 2 cups (serving size:
1/2 cup).
