Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Chopped seeded tomato, Drained
1/4 cup: Chopped onion,
2 tbsp: Chopped fresh cilantro,
1 tbsp: Finely chopped serrano Pepper,

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Yield 1-1/2 cups.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
