Plum Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Fresh plums, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup: Raisins,
2 cup: Apple juice,
1 cup: , (heaping) slow cooking oatmeal
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 tsp: Dehydrated lemon peel,
Directions:
Combine apple juice, plums, raisins, and cinnamon in a small pot and bring
to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in oatmeal and simmer
until the juice is absorbed. cover and let rest for 1 minute. Serves 2-4.
This is not real sweet so some of you may prefer to add some sugar or
honey.
