Ingredients:
1 lbs: Cucumber, peeled; seeded; cubed
2 1/2 cup: Yogurt,
1/3 cup: Toasted hazelnuts or walnuts, chopped fine
2 tbsp: Fresh mint, minced
2 tbsp: Hazelnut, walnut, almond, or light olive oil
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Dry-roasted cumin seeds,

Directions:
Yamuna Devi

Process cucumber and yogurt. Mix with other ingredients. Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hr. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with mint
leaves.
