Popcorn Snack Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Air-popped popcorn,
1/2 cup: Oat bran flakes,
1 tsp: Onion powder,
1 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 tbsp: Grated Parmesan cheese,
Directions:
Toss all together while popcorn is still warm. Makes 2-1/2 cups. PER
RECIPE: 154 cals, 4g protein, 30g carbs, 2g fat, 95 mg sodium, 4 mg
cholesterol.
TIPS: Use nonfat Parmesan and the cals go up a bit but the fat goes way
