Fatfree Tomato-basil Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: vegetable juice cocktail,
1 tbsp: powdered fruit pectin,
1 tbsp: lemon juice,
1 1/2 tsp: chopped fresh basil,
1 tsp: brown sugar,
1 clove: garlic, minced
Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until pectin is dissolved.
Serve with tossed salad greens or vegetable salad.
