Meal In A Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: flour,
2 tablespoon: sugar,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
2 tablespoon: quick yeast,
1 cup: water,
1/4 cup: dijon mustard,
2 tablespoon: margarine,
1 1/2 cup: chopped cooked ham,
1 cup: shredded swiss cheese,
1/2 cup: chopped dill pickle,
1: egg, beaten,
Directions:
Mix 3 c flour, sugar, salt and yeast Heat water, mustard, & margarine
to 125 - 130 F Stir liquids into flour mixture. Add remain flour and
knead. Let rise till double. Punch down and roll out to 14 - 12
inches on a cookie sheet Sprinkle ham cheese and pickle down center
of dough Make cuts in dough from filling d dough edge at 1" intervals
Fold strips over filling Let rise till double. Brush with egg and
bake at 375F for 25 min
Note: ham may be doubled
Rolled out dough may be cut into squares and each square filled
: then edges of squares folded over and sealed to make filled
buns
