Mini Cinnamons Recipe

Yield: 80 rolls

Ingredients:
16 slices: bread, decrusted
1 teaspoon: vanilla,
1: egg,
1/2 cup: sugar,
8 oz: cream cheese,
1: h frosting-,
1 cup: sugar,
2 tablespoon: cinnamon,

Directions:
Spread mixture of vanilla, egg, cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar on
each bread slice. Roll up as a jelly roll. Dip each roll into melted
margarine or butter and then into mixture of cinnamon and 1 cup of
sugar. Place rolls on cookie sheet, cover with foil and freeze 2 to 3
hours. When firm, slice rolls into bite size pieces, about 5 to a
roll. You may either roll in foil and refreeze to use later or heat
at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. We turn ours over after about
10 minutes when they are brown on both sides. Watch carefully until
