Sweet & Sour Citrus Bread Recipe

1 1/4 tablespoon: active dry yeast,
2 cup: bread flour,
2 tablespoon: wheat germ,
2 tablespoon: wheat bran,
1/4 cup: sugar,
1 1/2 teaspoon: orange zest, grated
1 teaspoon: lemon zest, grated
1: egg,
2 tablespoon: unsalted butter,
1/2 cup: sourdough starter,
1/2 cup: water,
Directions:
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine
manual and process in the basic bread cycle according to the
manufactures directions. I have had better luck baking on the light
