Beef & Tater Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lb: ground beef,
2 cup: onion, chopped,
1 1/2 cup: celery, chopped,
2/3 cup: green pepper, chopped,
3 tablespoon: lard,
1 tablespoon: chili powder,
1 1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
1 clove: garlic, minced,
2 can: tomato soup (21 oz), cond.,
2 cup: potatoes, mashed,

Directions:
cook onion, celery and green pepper in lard until tender. Add ground
beef and cook until lightly browned. Pour off drippings. Add chili
powder, salt, pepper, garlic and tomato soup and heat through. Pour
into 2 1/2 qt casserole or 7 10 ounce custard cups. Tube mashed
potatoes on top. Bake at 425 F. 15 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are
lightly browned.
