Ingredients:
3 cloves: garlic, minced
2 tbsp: chopped parsley,
1/2 cup: rice vinegar,
1 tsp: dijon mustard, no salt added
3 tbsp: fatfree cottage cheese,
1 cup: buttermilk, skimmed
1 1/2 tbsp: apple juice, frozen concentrate
1 tbsp: fatfree parmesan cheese,
1/2: whole cucumber, peeled, seeded chopped
1/2: lime juice,
1 dash: pepper,

Directions:
Blend in blender until smooth.
