Spice Rub For Beef Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoon: dry mustard,
1 1/2 tablespoon: black peppercorns, cracked,
1 1/2 tablespoon: ground coriander,
1 1/2 tablespoon: paprika,
1 1/2 teaspoon: cayenne pepper,
2 large: garlic cloves, minced,
2 tablespoon: peanut oil,
3 tablespoon: cognac,
Directions:
Grind spices and garlic in a mortar with pestle. When finely ground, work
in oil and cognac. Rub over both sides of steak and let marinate for 1 to
2 hours at room temperature before grilling.
Yield: Enough for two 2-pound steaks.
