Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
2: eggs, beaten
3/4 cup: sugar, to 1 cup
2 cup: sweet potatoes, raw, grated
1 can: evaporated milk, 13 oz
1/2 cup: milk,
1/2 teaspoon: cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon: nutmeg,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1/2 cup: butter (or marg.), melted
1 cup: flaked coconut,
Directions:
Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl, beating well; stir in
remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for
1 hour.
