Ingredients:
1 medium: papaya, slightly unripe, - peel & s, eeds removed
1 cup: pineapple chunks, fresh,
2 medium: oranges, juiced -=or=-,
1/2 cup: orange juice,

Directions:
Cut the papaya into small pieces. Put in a blender with the remaining
ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into pudding
glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are
firm. Then serve immediately. If keeping rhe puddings longer, cover
tightly & store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.

Yield: 4 servings
