Hawaiian Broiled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: soy sauce,
1 tablespoon: brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoon: vegetable oil,
1 tablespoon: cider vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon: ground ginger,
1 cl: garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lb: white fish fillets,
1 tablespoon: fresh parsley, minced

Combine 1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes.
Turning once. Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes,
turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving,
sprinkle with parsley.
