Hillvilla Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 large: eggs, lightly beaten,
1 teaspoon: vanilla,
1: 16-oz can pumpkin,
1/4 cup: golden or dark brown sugar,
2 1/2 teaspoon: special seasoning (recipe follows),
1 cup: evaporated milk,
1/2 cup: half-and-half,
1/2 cup: granulated sugar,
1: 9-inch unbaked pie shell,
Directions:
Mix together the eggs, vanilla, pumpkin, sugar and seasoning mix. In a
saucepan, mix the evaporated milk, half-and-half and sugar; cook over low
heat until sugar dissolves. Add to the pumpkin mixture. Pour into unbaked
shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; lower heat to 350 and cook 25
minutes. Store in frig.
Special Seasoning 4 T. ground cinnamon 2 T. ground allspice 2 T. black
pepper 2 T. salt 1 T. ground nutmeg 1 T. ground cloves 1 T. ground ginger
Mix all and store in an air-tight container. Makes about 3/4 cup.
