Beef Stew German Style Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: stew meat,
2 tablespoon: flour,
1/2 teaspoon: celery salt,
1/4 teaspoon: garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon: ground ginger,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
16 oz: can tomatoes,
2 cup: carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup: sherry,
1/4 cup: dark molasses,
1/4 cup: raisins,
1: single noodles, hot cooked
Directions:
Brown beef in cooker. Combine celery salt, four, garlic powder, ginger and
pepper.Sprinkle over beef. Combine carrots, tomatoes, wine, and molasses
and pour over ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6 ~ 8
hours.Add raisins 30 minutes before serving., Serve on hot cooked noodles.
