Ingredients:

1 cup: dried prunes,
1 cup: dried golden seedless,
1: raisins,
1 cup: dried apricots water,
1/4: rind of lemon, slivered

Directions:
Compote of Dried Fruit 10 lo 12 hours

For special occasions, serve this with bourbon-flavored whipped cream.

To Cook: Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on
Low for 10 to 12 hours or overnight. Chill before serving. Makes 8 to 10
servings.
