Oyster Bisque ** Recipe

Ingredients:
12 large: shucked raw oysters, reserve 1 pint, liquor
4 cup: milk,
1: thick onion slice,
2: celery stalks, cut into pieces,
1: parsley sprig,
1: bay leaf,
4 tablespoon: melted butter,
1/4 cup: all-purpose flour,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
3/4 teaspoon: tabasco pepper sauce,
1: chopped chives,
Directions:
Tabasco Classic: Chilled Louisiana raw oysters and Tabasco sauce go
together like caviar and champagne. Oysters are great in cooked
dishes, too, such as our satisfying bisque. Add a finishing dash of
Tabasco sauce to each bowl of oyster stew, clam chowder or seafood
bisque before serving.
