2 tablespoon: flour,
1: salt,
1: pepper,
1 medium: onion, sliced,
1: carrot, chopped,
1 stalk: celery, chopped,
15 oz: tomato sauce,
Directions:
Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on
bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
