Cranberry Pork Roast C/p Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lb: pork roast,
1: salt & pepper,
1 cup: ground or finely chopped-,
1: cranberries (or craisons),
1/4 cup: honey,
1 teaspoon: grated orange peel,
1/8 teaspoon: ground cloves,
1/8 teaspoon: gound nutmeg,
Directions:
1) Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot.
2) Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low
for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
*NOTE: Made this 2/26/96 with a bone in butt roast for Cliffords BD. All 3
of us liked it a lot. Boneless or pork loin roast may be used. Recipe by:
