Crockpot Chicken 2 Recipe

1: boneless chicken in pieces,
4: potatoes, quartered
5: carrots, cut in chunks
3: celery stalks, cut in half
1 cup: chicken broth, or water
1 teaspoon: basil,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1/2 teaspoon: pepper,
1/2 teaspoon: garlic, powdered
Directions:
Put 1 cup of water or chicken broth in bottom of pot. Layer potatoes next,
then carrots then celery. On top of this add chicken. Sprinkle 1 tsp basil,
1/2 tsp pepper,salt and garlic on top of chicken. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7
hours or on HIGH for 3-1/2 or so hours. You can use a small roast in place
of chicken and still get good results.
