Crockpot Or Oven Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: stew beef,
1 can: tomatoes (28 oz can),
3 tablespoon: instant tapioca,
1 slice: bread, shredded into tiny pieces
1: salt, to taste
1: pepper, to taste
2 cup: water,
1/4 cup: celery, chopped
1 cup: onion, chopped
1: carrots, as many as needed, chunke
1: potatoes, as many as needed, chunke

Directions:
Combine all and place in large well greased casserole. Bake at 350 for
about 3-1/2 hours.
If you cook it in a crockpot, just start it early in the day, and cook on
LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Yield: 4 servings
