French Dip Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large: onion, quartered and sliced
3 lb: bottom round roast,
1/2 cup: dry white wine, or water
1 pkg: au jus gravy mix, 3/4 oz
1/8 teaspoon: seasoned pepper,
Directions:
Place onion in crockpot. Put roast in crockpot. In a small bowl mix wine
(or water) and au jus mix and seasoned pepper until blended. Pour over
roast. Cover and cook until tender 10 to 12 hours on LOW.
