Honey-buttered Cranberry Cider Recipe

Ingredients:
48 oz: bottle cranberry juice cock- tail,
1 quart: apple juice or cider,
4: thin strips of orange peel, about 2 long
1/3 cup: butter, or margarine
1/4 cup: honey,
1/2 teaspoon: ground coriander,

Directions:
In slowcooker, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange peel. Cover
and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hrs. Just before serving, melt butter, honey, and
coriander in small saucepan or microwave. Spoon slightly more than 1/2 tbsp
honey/butter mixture in mug or heatproof cup; add about 3/4 cup hot
cranberry mixture. Serve immediately. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
