Ingredients:
1: beef roast for crock-pot,
1 pkg: italian salad dressing mix,
1 can: beef broth,
1/2 can: water,

Directions:
Place roast in slow coooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over beef.
Cover, cook on low for 8 hours. Meat may be sliced and served with hard
rolls or shredded with 2 forks and served over noodles or rice, with broth
thickened with flour.

Yield: 8 servings
