1/2 cup: celery, thinly sliced
3/4 cup: (1 lg) potato, cut 1 pieces
16 oz: can tomatoes, undrained
1/2 lb: green beans, cut in 1 pieces
3 cup: hot water,
1 teaspoon: basil leaves,
1/2 cup: carrot, thinly sliced
1 clove: garlic, minced
1 cup: zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 cup: spaghetti, broken
2 teaspoon: instant beef bouillon powder,
1 tablespoon: parsley flakes,
Directions:
In 3-qt casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover. Microwave at High 25-35
minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once or twice.
