Nannys Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lb: stew meat, cut in 1/2 cubes,
1 can: golden mushroom soup,
1 bag: lipton onion soup mix,
1/2 cup: sherry,
1 teaspoon: kitchen bouquet,
1 can: mushrooms, drained,
1: lemon pepper marinade,
Directions:
Season meat well with Lemon Pepper Marinade. Use at least 1-2 Tablespoons.
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours in a 3
quart covered casserole. Serve over rice or noodles.
ALTERATIONS: Cook all day in a crock pot!
**I use Chef Hans (out of lousiana) brand Lemon pepper. You think youre
gonna overdo the pepper, but it takes alot to overdo it. Recipe by: Kathi
