Pams Crock Pot Apple Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
1: judy lausch,
12: apples, peel & slice
3/4 cup: brown sugar,
1 teaspoon: sugar + more if tart apples,
1/2 cup: pineapple juice*,
Directions:
Fill crock pot with apples (it may take more than 12?). Add remaining
ingredients. (You may substitute vinegar for pineapple juice*) Cook on high
5-7 hours. In the last hour or so, let steam out. Stir now and then. Watch
as apples swell some until cooked a bit. Makes 2 pints. A recipe of Pam
