Pepper Steak In The Pot Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: round steak, cut in servings
1: salt and pepper, to taste
1: flour,
2 tablespoon: oil,
1 medium: onion, sliced
1: garlic clove, minced
1 can: italian-style tomato soup,
1 cup: water,
1 tablespoon: lemon juice,
3: green peppers, diced
Directions:
Season the meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Heat oil in a
skillet and brown the meat. Alternate layers of meat, peppers, and onions
in the crockpot. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
