Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Apple sauce,
1 cup: Apple cider,
1 cup: Orange juice,
2 tbsp: Vermont maple syrup,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into
