Apple Walnut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
6 cup: All purpose flour,
1 3/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Baking powder,
2 1/2 tsp: Salt,
3 cup: Milk,
2: Eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/2 cup: Golden raisins,
1 1/2 cup: Walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 cup: Finely chopped apples,

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs lightly, add
milk and stir into the dry ingredients, blending well. Stir in
raisins, nuts and apples. Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans,
9x5x3 inches. Bake in 350-F oven for 1 1/4 hour or until a wooden
pick thrust into the center comes out dry with no dough clinging.
