Korean Steak Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
2 Cloves: ,
1 tsp: Ginger, freshly grated
3 tbsp: Sherry,
1 tsp: Brown sugar,
1 tbsp: Catsup dashes,
1 tbsp: Hoisin sauce,
2: Green onions, chopped, with green
1 tbsp: Sesame oil drops garlic, crushed, (large cloves!) tabasco (or hot oil or cayenne) Liquid Smoke (if not to be charcoal grilled)

Directions:
Marinate for half an hour and grill, basting with
marinade if desired. *-* Ive marinated T-bones and
beef kabobs in this, and grilled em on the Farberware
indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of
Liquid Smoke). Tasted like a slice of summer! ;}}}
For outdoor grilling, just omit the Liquid Smoke.
