Apricot Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Dried apricots,
Orange peel,
pn Nutmeg or cinnamon, very
Sparingly,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a heavy pot. Add water to barely cover.
Bring to a bo il, then cook over low heat until sauced.
